Fully computerized TAJIMA embroidery machines up to 9 colors per design (15 head)

Two fully computerized TAJIMA embroidery machines up to 9 colors per design (15head)

Three fully computerized TAJIMA embroidery machines up to 9 colors per design (20 head)

4. Fully computerized BARUDN embroidery machines up to 9 colors per design (6 head)

5. Two fully computerized universal leaser cutting machine

1 oval machine with 16 heads. Up to 16 colors to prints. And have ability to print 3 prints together.

We have a washing machine which we make randomly print durability test to keep the quality consistence. We keep the records.

We have 3 packing areas with smart Metal detector , one area per hall

This department equipped with all necessary machines to produce knitting cuter wear
and men's underwear. Machines of 3,4 and 5 thread over-lock stitches ,look stitch
single and double, hemming 3,4 and 5 thread, flat lock, Chlorate, elastic, buttons and
buttons hole machines etc.

QC:
We’ve professional team for quality control working hour by hour to get a premium garment with high quality

70 pcs samples capacity per day. ( Men , Women , Kids and Babies)
In order to meet customer requirements and demands for fitting We have All size group xxx Brand Mannequin for fitting in our sample room. We fit all our samples before sending to customer.
Our sample lead time is 2-3days for with available fabrics, but for specific fabric it depend of fabric qualities.
We are using Lectra Brand pattern program and we have plotter.
In order to keep quality and measurements we make pilot size set with bulk fabric before production for all orders. After then we go bulk cut.
Marker:
We’ve a professional team is working hard to get exact sizes and printing patterns
Samples:
We have a professional designers and clever machine operators treating samples as art to get a premium samples .
